增强假设变形梯度有限元方法稳定性计算

讨论了非协调增强假设变形梯度有限元的基本理论、所采用的本构关系和有限元列式.为了克服原先由Simo建议的方法中所固有的缺陷,即在模拟压缩变形时容易出现奇异能量模式而导致计算失稳甚至崩溃,对原方法中有关内变量和应力更新算法进行了改进.计算结果表明,改进的方法在模拟压缩和拉伸模型时,具有较好的计算稳定性.     

无线多媒体直扩分集系统在衰落信道下的性能研究

针对移动通信系统传输高速率,多媒体业务的需求,提出直扩系统用RAKE接收机的多速率可变处理增益系统,该系统对不同的业务采用同一扩频码,因而,不同速率的业务有不同的扩频增益。通过对多址干扰,多径干扰,和白噪声干扰的高斯近似,得出了各种业务在不同发射概率的情况下,可变处理增益系统在Nakagami信道下的信噪比及误码率的计算公式。最后,给出了两种业务,3种业务可变处理增益系统数值计算结果。研究表明,随着传输数据速率的提高,由于扩频增益的下降将导致系统性能的降低,RAKE接收机却能使系统的性能大大地提高。     

矢量脱靶量测量系统定位算法研究

提出了一种基于空间目标运动轨迹提取的矢量脱靶量参数估计新方法。该方法利用不同接收天线接收的目标回波信号之间的相位差得到距离差,基于距离差定位方法获得目标运动轨迹的空间定位点序列。通过建立目标运动模型,采用固定区间Kalman平滑滤波的方法获得目标运动的较精确轨迹。利用平滑滤波后的空间位置点,通过对一组线性方程进行求解得到矢量脱靶量参数的估计。仿真结果表明该定位方法可以得到满意的脱靶量估计结果。     

Novel blind source separation algorithm using Gaussian mixture density function

The blind source separation (BSS) is an important task for numerous applications in signal processing, communications and array processing. But for many complex sources blind separation algorithms are not efficient because the probability distribution of the sources cannot be estimated accurately. So in this paper, to justify the ME(maximum enteropy) approach, the relation between the ME and the MMI(minimum mutual information) is elucidated first. Then a novel algorithm that uses Gaussian mixture density to approximate the probability distribution of the sources is presented based on the ME approach. The experiment of the BSS of ship-radiated noise demonstrates that the proposed algorithm is valid and efficient.     

一种求解数值优化问题的快速进化规划算法

步长变量(自适应参数)是影响进化规划算法性能的一个重要参数，但该参数往往减小较快导致搜索速度下降或早熟收敛。针对这一问题，对变异算子进行了改进，对成功的变异进行适当延伸，当个体变异失败时，对变异量实施Gauss或Cauchy扰动，从而使精细化搜索和大范围搜索有机结合起来。对若干经典算例的仿真实验表明该算法的有效性。     

Probability distributions,trading strategies and leverage: an application of Gaussian mixture models

The purpose of this paper is twofold. Firstly, to assess the merit of estimating probability density functions rather than level or classification estimations on a one‐day‐ahead forecasting task of the EUR/USD time series. This is implemented using a Gaussian mixture model neural network, benchmarking the results against standard forecasting models, namely a naïve model, a moving average convergence divergence technical model (MACD), an autoregressive moving average model (ARMA), a logistic regression model (LOGIT) and a multi‐layer perceptron network (MLP). Secondly, to examine the possibilities of improving the trading performance of those models with confirmation filters and leverage. While the benchmark models perform best without confirmation filters and leverage, the Gaussian mixture model outperforms all of the benchmarks when taking advantage of the possibilities offered by a combination of more sophisticated trading strategies and leverage. This might be due to the ability of the Gaussian mixture model to identify successfully trades with a high Sharpe ratio. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Grinding Characteristics Of Directionally Aligned SiC Whisker Wheel-Comparison With Al2O3 Fiber Wheel

A unique SiC whisker wheel was invented,in which the whiskers were aligned normally to the grinding wheel surface.In this paper,grindabilities of the SiC whisker wheel are investigated and compared with those of other wheels of SiC grains,Al2O3 grains,as well as Al2O3 long and short fibres which were also aligned normally to the grinding wheel surface,respectively.The main research contents concern grinding characteristics of a directionally aligned SiC whisker wheel such as material-removal volume,wheel-wear rates,integrity of the ground surfaces,grinding ratios and grinding efficiency.Furthermore,grinding wheels of whiskers and fibres have a common disadvantage:they tend to load easily.The authors have proposed a simple method of loading-free grinding to overcome this propensity and investigate some related grinding characteristics under loading-free grinding conditions.
